As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Mikal has experience working with children, teens, individuals,

and adults. She sees clients individually, as a family, or with their partners four couples therapy. She likes to work from a systemic viewpoint and help her clients understand the issues they present with, and the power they have as individuals or as a unit to achieve therapeutic goals.

I also enjoy working with people who are seeking to better understand their relationships with sex and intimacy in the context of a romantic relationship or with themselves. I believe that connection with yourself and with others is vital to overall happiness and contentment in life."

I love animals and will pull over for every dog I see on the side of the road to try and help find their human parents. I love to learn and try to see the adventure in every experience.
