Andi has experience with working with outpatient mental health , emotional, sexual, and physical abuse, crisis intervention, couple and family therapy, and individual therapy. Andi's preference is to work with clients that need guidance in personal development and growth, acceptance and effective coping with daily life stressors, life transitions, and life adjustments, and strengthening the relationship and family dynamic. 

My initial counseling approach consist of building a therapeutic alliance with my clients. I believe that having a bond with my clients can promote an effective therapeutic journey. Upon forming the therapeutic alliance, I utilize an eclectic approach. A few of the models that I gravitate towards are talk therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy(SFBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Symbolic-Experiential Therapy, and many more that varies from client to client. 

At this time I am only providing in-person counseling services. 

I was born in Ruston, Louisiana as the only child in a single parent household, my mom is my biggest supporter. There are 3 key traits that I embody; honesty, fun-spirited, and positive. I bring these personal traits into the therapy process. When I am not counseling; I simply enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, binge-watching, and sleeping. I love being there for people when needed, I feel that it's my calling and it comes natural. I look forward to having you!
