wellness of mind, body, and spirit. It considers that symptoms are associated with multiple causes and that multiple approaches to assessment and treatment may be necessary so that each individual may attain an optimal state of health and well-being. It

is often a collaborative effort between the prescribing physician and the Integrative 

provider. 

Use of supplements, diet, meditations, and certain breath work can also be helpful for clients who are waiting for appointments for medication management with their doctor. Some of these tools create noticeable differences right away while others take time, usually around 3-4 months with this being the time required to replenish the entire blood supply.
