TYPES OF COUNSELING

 A process between the counselor and client is focused on:

Types of counseling: Counseling for Autism & ADHD, depression counseling, grief counseling, LGBTQIA+ counseling, personal growth counseling, postpartum depression, PTSD and trauma counseling, teen counseling, divorce or separation counseling, anxiety counseling, life coaching, ADHD counseling, play therapy and more!

Ages: 3 years and up!

 A process in treating relationships within the family and as a whole using multiple family therapy systems approaches. 

Family therapy is focused on: 

• Collaboration as a unit
• Helping the family to understand one's self in relation to the whole family, family patterns, communication styles and relationships 
• Individual or family discussions, treatment planning and problem-solving sessions
• Helping form clear roles and expectations
• Learning and practicing compassionate communication
• Understanding parenting styles

Parenting: There are times that you may feel like you have lost a sense of respect, control and influence with your children. This counseling can be helpful for re-establishing health by learning skills to regain influence, form new communication styles and rebuild trust. 

Types of counseling:  Family counseling, Parenting & Skills training,  Parent-Child Interaction therapy (PCIT), Parental alienation and reunification therapy

 This is for anyone in relationship(s) who are looking to:
