Licensed Professional Counselor
"Asking for help can be difficult and beginning the process of counseling can make you feel nervous. I believe in a safe, non-judgmental environment for each client. Any stigma associated with your present issue does not exist in my office."
“When receiving services, I hope that my clients are ready to work because sometimes it is hard and gets rough before it gets better, and I do challenge my clients in a healthy way in order for them to experience the growth that they are seeking.”

From Evan, "My goal is to have you walking out of my office feeling that you have been heard, understood, and accepted, and that life changing differences have been made not inly with my help but with all of the hard work that you have done for your mental well-being".
Everyone goes through life experiencing trials and hardships, but that does not mean your experiences and feelings are not validated. One of my most important beginning goals as a counselor is to make sure you are getting what you need out of our sessions and that you have found the right counselor for you. I work with individuals, adolescents and adults that are experiencing anxiety, depression, and/or sexual trauma.
I am also an LGBTQ+ allied counselor and welcome anyone who is part of the community.
Clientele: Adolescents (14+)and Adults; Couples & Families

This involves changing cognitive distortions, improving emotional regulation, developing your personal coping strategies, using acceptance and mindfulness strategies, and commitment for behavioral change.
