Lilly's strong background in the arts informs her work! She actively and empathetically listens to what challenges and issues you bring to your sessions. This helps directs Lilly in finding the best approach at any given time. She wants her clients to know: We work together creatively to help find solutions that fit your most pressing needs.

Lilly mainly works with client’s experiencing grief, everyday stress, anxiety, trauma, depression and life transitions. She can help support your spiritual growth if that is an area of need, upon request.

Modalities can vary in therapy with me as I love to be creative. We can pivot from Mindfulness-Based to Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Ego State Therapy; self talk to improving communication; attachment based family of origin issues; nutrition to exercise; embracing those parts disowned; breath work, meditation and dream analysis. 

I have been trained in EMDR for trauma and I am also a Certified Level II Imago Relationship Therapist.
