Mary has been working in the counseling field for over 20 years. She has in-depth experience working with inpatient and outpatient substance use, forensics, special education, higher education, parenting education, individual and family/couples therapy. 

Mary mainly works with client’s experiencing everyday stress, anxiety, trauma, depression and life transitions. 

As a therapist, I seek to help you resolve life difficulties as quickly and painlessly as possible.

I am fully trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy which is a rapid tool to help you resolve the most adverse experiences. This is my "go-to" tool; I find it to be a fast and empowering approach. 

In addition, I also offer traditional talk therapy, and use elements of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) Dialectical behavior Therapy (DBT) and motivational interviewing (MI). 

At this time I am exclusively available via telehealth.

I was born and raised in south Louisiana and attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette-I am a proud Cajun! I love our culture as it is inviting and open to everyone. I bring this atmosphere into our sessions in hopes that everyone is made to feel as comfortable, at home as possible.

I enjoy traveling and playing trivia when I am not counseling. One day I will travel America in a RV providing mental health services no matter where the road ahead takes me!
