Kylie is your contact for all of your administrative needs. We believe that the first relationship when taking your first step to seek help is the human being that answers the phone.

• Matches new clients, unsure of who they may want to see, with a counselor that can best fit any needs or wants. Simply ask her to "place you"! 
• Helps you with our paperless intake process and walks you through step-by-step, including Teletherapy set up for Online Counseling.
• Answers calls and returns  messages within 24 hours or the following business day.
• Verifies insurance benefits and stays up to date with your billing records. 
• Ensures confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in counseling practice and with record keeping.   

Kylie prides herself on being able to help EACH AND EVERY PERSON when there is a call made to our office.  "We can always help to find resources for each person" even if we are unable to help them with our services at our center. Kylie maintains lists of resources to share with those seeking various services with specialized needs for referrals. She loves being part of the working relationship and process to help each individual grow. Kylie will also help schedule your appointment so that your mental health appointments fit seamlessly into your already hectic life.

My goal is for every individual that comes into Acadian Counseling Center leaves feeling better than when they arrived! 

Kylie has one daughter, Liv, who was born with a rare genetic condition called Williams Syndrome. She recognized early on the difficulty related to "navigating the health insurance maze" when trying to seek help for her daughter using insurance benefits. This passion to help her daughter along with an inquisitive mind started her on a journey of learning to inform herself and others about how to utilize benefits and awareness of out of pocket costs. She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and long, meditative walks!
